Amman-Mubasher: Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) gave a nod to the Capital Bank’s capital increase.
The capital raise will be through the retained earnings, a bourse filing said, adding that JSC set the record date to be on 7 July.
The bank’s capital amounts to JOD 181.5 million, distributed on 181.5 million shares at JOD 1 par value.
